Here is a little recipe to share. It´s simple, pure, nutricious and delicious, the kind of recipe I love.
Banana tahini cream
1 – 3 tablespoons of white tahini
a little bit of plant based milk
little bit of cinnamon
Squash the banana with a fork on a plate. Now add the tahini and mix and stir it through rather quickly so it gets creamy. Then create the texture you like by adding some milk and cinnamon for taste.
