One of my biggest festival projects was the wonderful creative collective: Familiar Forest. From 2011 until 2016 I could cook twice a year on their events. With a changing group of around 20 volunteers we would cook for up to 700 people in the middle of a fairytale forest for a whole weekend. This means exciting settings like 300 people arriving for dinner at once, being creative with a tight budget and dancing while cooking.

It was a great pleasure to run this outside kitchen in an amazing atmosphere. Other festival experiences were for example building our own pizza oven at Magneet festival, a ‘Zauberwald’  stand at several German festivals and crew- as well as festivalcatering for many other events.
