For the newsletter of beginning retreat organisation Wicked Retreats, I developed several recipes including nutritional information and some of my funny tips and trics. They would appear in a weekly newsletter as well as a 7-day challenge that I can still highly recommend joining via Wicked Retreats.

The aim was to invite people to wind down from a busy daily routine with mindfulness practices combined with cooking and some simple recipes, like this vegan pancakes with banana, figs, oats and walnuts.
